Don Wischmeier talks about the 4 different types of tongues. How to tell the difference between them and what they are used for.
Rules for Ministers
John Wesley’s 12 Rules For Ministers
The reasons for “Wesley’s 12 Rules”:
A) To provoke the regular ministers to jealousy,
B) To supply their lack of service towards those who are perishing for lack of knowledge.
SAMPLE PRAYER BEFORE DELIVERANCE
Dear God, in the name of Jesus:
According to Romans 10:9 I confess with my lips that JESUS is Lord and in my heart I believe that You raised him from the dead. According to Luke 13:3 I repent of my past sins and I admit and confess that I have sinned and I believe that You are faithful and just to cleanse me from all unrighteousness. I call upon You, Lord JESUS to cleanse me from all sin and unrighteousness by Your Blood (1 John 1:7). And as Your word says in Romans 10:13 Everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.
The theme of Jer. 33:3-9 is found in the word “restoration.” I believe there is a powerful truth waiting to manifest in our lives through our understanding of what it means to be restored. When I studied this word in the scriptures, I found a pattern that unleashed something very strong in my spirit.
The Integrity of the Word
The Word is God speaking to you.
“Thus saith Jehovah” is repeated over 2000 times from Exodus to Deuteronomy.
God and His Word are one. The Word is always now.
Jesus is the Word. Jesus is the Living Word.
Hebrews 4:12 “ The Logos of God is a living thing, active and more cutting than any sword with a double edge, penetrating to the very division of the soul and spirit, joint and marrow….scrutinizing the very thoughts and conceptions of the heart.”
And now notice carefully the next verse: “And no created thing (cancer) is hidden from Him; and things (cancer) lie open, exposed before the eyes of Him with Whom we have to reckon with or to do with.”
The Word is called the Logos. Jesus is the Logos and the Logos is a living thing…not in the book, not on the written page, but in the lips of the believer. (more…)
Private is what you do yourself, worship, pray, praise, you with Christ.
Corporate is what you bring to worship, not take up energy to get your private time, but a time to give out.
You don’t drain you add to the corporate time.
Public is on the outside of the church. It comes as an overflow of your private time with the Lord. (more…)
